Cleanup initiative in Jubail Mangrove Park

In cooperation with Mangrove Adventures for Marine Sports, Abu Dhabi Youth Center, and the Swimming Division of the Emirates Heritage Club, and Jubail Mangrove Park, with the participation of a number of students affiliated with the Emirates Heritage Club initiated the cleanup initiative to save, conserve and protect Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Mangrove Park. The campaign succeeded in extracting a large amount of waste and impurities stuck between the trees. Badr Muhammad Al-Hasani, the activity supervisor, explained that the campaign aims to spread and enhance environmental awareness of the importance of volunteering in the service of the environment, the importance of maintaining a natural and clean environment, promoting environmental hygiene behavior among students, instilling positive values in them, and motivating them to preserve the environment.

Hi everyone, I coordinate environmental activities for a public highschool, we have joined you earlier in 2018 with an amazing group of students age 15-16 for cleanup volunteer experience, and we would love to do it again.
