IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Mangrove Adventures for Marine Sports maintains the www.mws.ae website (”Site”).

• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
• Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• Rebooking policy: Rebooking must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Rebooking is allowed one time only and is subject to availability. Once rebooked, the booking cannot be rescheduled again.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation and refund of the booking will be subject to the policy of each attraction and will be mentioned on the booking terms and conditions. Cancellation should be done at least 72 hours prior to departure time either by telephone or email for refunding the amount.
• Refund policy: Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
